A unique upscale, suburban community affordable to all it's residents.  A believe in providing a top of the line education to it's youngsters while respecting the financial situation of it's entire community.  Conservation of it's resources conscientious planning for it's open spaces and preservation of it's assets particularly the Southbury Training School and its scenic property.  Smartly adding to it's recreational properties to provide a special place to raise your family and then grow old in.
